Blue Velveteen Elizabethan with Ribbon-work

This has been one of my favorite gowns for a long time.  I'm ignoring the historic inaccuracies. :)

The dress is of medium blue cotton velveteen.  The forepart and stomacher are poly-acetate with a feather pattern.  I'm wearing a silk camacia underneath, with an effigy corset and farthingale.
